African and African Diaspora Studies - Professional Track Faculty Pool

Description
The Department of African and African Diaspora Studies seeks to develop a pool of candidates for possible temporary/nontenured positions to teach undergraduate and graduate courses. Positions are not available every semester and are contingent upon student enrollment and the availability of funding. Appointments are usually made on a semester-by-semester basis, though sometimes there is departmental need for an annual appointment. Positions are renewable annually, contingent upon budgetary funding and performance.
QualificationsA PhD and record of teaching excellence are preferred.
