Treatment Coordinator

Hite Family Dentistry in Edwardsville, IL, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. Schedule

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of dental front office / administrative experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Patient-centered, professional, and reliable

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment

Key Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans to patients and explain recommended care

• Manage and review patient accounts, including auditing and account follow-up

• Read and interpret insurance EOBs (Explanation of Benefits.

• Send patient statements and monitor outstanding balances

• Communicate confidently with patients regarding treatment costs and account balances
