Physical Therapist

We are seeking Physical Therapists to join a team dedicated to providing Geriatric House Calls™ in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities. Responsibilities include delivering clinical, autonomous interventions focused on improving functional outcomes through personalized care, contributing to an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications required are a valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s), a degree from an accredited program, basic computer literacy , and current CPR certification . Key duties involve developing treatment plans, assessing patient needs, and driving rewarding patient outcomes . This role offers flexibility to create and modify schedules, along with opportunities for career growth and continuing education .
