The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) seeks a Housing Manager for the Leased Housing Department’s Bronx Client Services team to oversee annual/interim reviews, lease renewals, and rent adjustments. Under the Deputy Director, the role coaches staff, ensures HUD compliance, and delivers accurate recertifications while maintaining excellent service to participants and landlords.
