Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for growing your territory while delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of on- and off-premise accounts
- Build trusted relationships with customers
- Identify new distribution opportunities and increase sales within existing accounts
- Represent Company's portfolio of leading wine and spirits brands
- Execute promotions, displays, and merchandising initiatives
- Analyze sales data to maximize territory performance
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and new products
- Participate in sales meetings, ride-withs, and ongoing training
This is a field-based sales position designed for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and taking ownership of their success.
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
- Comfortable using an iPad, smartphone, and CRM technology
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and spend most of the workday in the field
No industry experience? That's okay. We're looking for attitude, work ethic, and the ability to build relationships. If you're coachable, motivated, and enjoy working with people, we'll provide the training and support to help you build a successful career in the wine and spirits industry.
