Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary rehab team in delivering exceptional inpatient care. In this role, you will coordinate and supervise PT staff, manage caseloads, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based treatment plans for patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. You will mentor therapists, support professional development, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to drive optimal outcomes, safety, and patient satisfaction in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment focused on continuous improvement and clinical excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
