Work Environment

You will work in an onsite rehabilitation facility in Tampa, Florida, where our team maintains a positive atmosphere focused on collaboration, patient engagement, and clinical excellence. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, encompassing 40 hours per week, fostering a balanced work-life dynamic. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care adapted to their diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients and develop tailored treatment plans based on their specific needs and physician recommendations.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement innovative therapeutic techniques and protocols, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.
• Engage with patients during therapy sessions, demonstrating and guiding them through exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.
• Aim to exceed minimum utilization goals and contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of therapy services.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment plans, ongoing care, and preventive measures to enhance recovery and minimize future complications.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population spans various fields of rehabilitation, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. You will have the opportunity to work with patients across different age groups and backgrounds, ensuring each individual receives the specialized care they deserve. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a preference for candidates holding a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) credential.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and healthcare providers.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with medical documentation systems.
• A dedication to fostering positive relationships with patients and a passion for providing empathetic care.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required, preferred candidates will possess experience in various aspects of physical therapy, including but not limited to outpatient clinics, inpatient rehabilitation, and specialized care fields. Experience building community relationships will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
