This position is located onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Tampa, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and design personalized therapy plans that align with their recovery goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities aimed at reducing pain, improving function, and enhancing mobility.
• Utilize advanced techniques, such as trigger point therapy, to address specific muscular issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and Medicare requirements, to maintain the highest standards of patient confidentiality and billing accuracy.
• Communicate openly and effectively with patients, their families, and members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Document all aspects of patient care meticulously, including treatment plans, progress notes, and communication with other healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including pediatric patients and individuals with various physical conditions requiring rehabilitation. Our primary focus is on addressing individual recovery needs, providing tailored interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall physical function.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapist License is mandatory.
• Strong foundational knowledge in anatomy and physiology, particularly related to rehabilitation exercise techniques.
• Ability to work compassionately and effectively with pediatric patients and their families.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities, especially trigger point therapy techniques, is highly advantageous.
• Experience working within a team-oriented environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide an extensive benefits package, including:
