Key Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address individual patient needs and are based on current best practices and clinical evidence.
• Apply an array of treatment modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training to help patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and document the patient's progress towards established rehabilitation goals, ensuring adjustments to therapy is made as needed.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding injury prevention, lifestyle modifications, and ongoing management of their conditions.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to deliver coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications
