Key Responsibilities

• You will conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional statuses.
• In collaboration with other healthcare professionals, you will develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans aimed at achieving goals and enhancing patient engagement.
• Provide a range of treatment interventions, implementing appropriate therapeutic techniques to help patients recover or enhance their physical capabilities.
• Oversee the entire therapeutic process for a designated caseload, coordinating with a network of physicians and the care team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Instruct patients and their families in therapeutic exercises, techniques for recovery, and the use of any necessary assistive devices to continue progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Prioritize daily caseload and staffing assignments, ensuring efficient operation of the therapy department.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with professional and legal standards to guarantee optimal care delivery.
