Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to establish personalized treatment plans, prioritizing patient-centered goals.
• Implement and adjust treatment programs based on ongoing assessments to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and best practices.
• Administer skilled therapeutic interventions and educate patients on techniques and exercises to promote recovery.
• Providing excellent customer service by establishing rapport and trust with patients and their families.
• Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring adherence to the physician's plan of care and organizational guidelines.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals while contributing to practice growth through community engagement and outreach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population requiring rehabilitation services across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is mandatory.

• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety and emergency preparedness.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
• Competence in word processing and electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain accurate patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience with specific patient populations, such as sports rehabilitation or pediatric therapy, will be valuable. Compensation and Benefits
