Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, limitations, and functional performance.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on physician's orders, clearly defining goals and therapeutic interventions.
• Implement approved treatment strategies, utilizing appropriate techniques designed to improve physical function and overall health.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, treatment progress, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
• Supervise the activities of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff, ensuring consistent and high-quality patient care.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and outcomes, engaging with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care collaboration.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer and word processing skills for documentation and communication purposes.

Preferred Experience

Though a minimum of one year of experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, new graduates with a strong clinical foundation and a commitment to learning will also be considered. Compensation and Benefits

Swift Peace Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
