Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnose patient needs, and develop effective treatment plans that align with physician recommendations.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient conditions, including orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric, and sports medicine cases.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each patient feels heard, appreciated, and supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve treatment efficacy, measuring outcomes and modifying plans accordingly.
• Instruct patients and their families on exercises and recovery strategies to enhance understanding and compliance with therapy regimens.
• Meet and strive to exceed minimum utilization goals, optimizing patient care while achieving business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patient demographic at Stryker Physical Therapy encompasses a diverse array of individuals, including athletes recovering from injuries, pediatric patients with developmental needs, and adults managing chronic pain or post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and practice management software.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Experience in specific specialties such as sports rehabilitation, pediatrics, or neurology is highly desirable.
