As part of our on-site team, you will work alongside fellow professionals, including two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), all dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and develop personalized treatment plans focused on achieving optimal functionality.
• Manage a defined caseload, typically treating one patient per hour to ensure focused and individualized attention.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to administer physical rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring range of motion and enhancing mobility.
• Collaborate and consult with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to formulate comprehensive care strategies that address all aspects of patient health.
• Implement cost-effective treatment options that prioritize non-surgical pathways and minimize reliance on medication.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Motivate patients by delivering personalized care tailored to their unique situations, helping them to embrace healthy lifestyle changes.
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment methods based on patient feedback and progress to consistently achieve favorable outcomes.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Capability to design and implement comprehensive exercise protocols tailored to various patient needs.
• Familiarity with WebPT or similar electronic medical records (EMR) software for efficient documentation.

• Previous experience as a physical therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The position of Orthopedic Physical Therapist offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
