Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions based on physician referrals, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and techniques.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs, focusing on evidence-based therapies.
• Utilize and instruct patients in advanced therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to maximize recovery and enhance functional mobility.
• Consistently demonstrate exemplary customer service while actively contributing to team morale and clinic effectiveness.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, ensuring they understand treatment plans and home exercise regimens.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient progress, adapt treatment strategies, and meet established utilization goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Little Rehabilitation Physical Therapy, you will encounter patients across a broad spectrum of backgrounds and specialties. This includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric therapy needs, and sports injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Valid state license in Physical Therapy, with a current Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
