Work Environment

This position is an onsite role within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Tampa. The clinic is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and a modern layout designed to enhance patient experience and optimize therapy sessions. The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for occasional flexibility to meet patient needs. As a member of our dedicated team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, utilizing standardized assessment tools to develop customized treatment plans that address individual needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, to facilitate recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on health management techniques, including exercises to be performed at home, strategies for pain management, and how to carry out daily activities safely.
• Document patient progress in adherence with regulatory and organizational requirements, ensuring all records reflect timely and accurate information regarding treatment outcomes.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary team members, including Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, to provide cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Provide emotional support and motivational encouragement to patients, helping them overcome psychological barriers to recovery and instilling confidence throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Participate in continual learning and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in physical therapy and enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
