Work Environment

Located in the heart of Tampa, our outpatient clinic operates in a collaborative setting with a team of passionate healthcare professionals. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their unique physical needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement therapeutic interventions that enhance mobility, flexibility, strength, and overall physical performance.
• Maintain a manageable patient case load, ensuring personalized attention and quality care for each individual.
• Develop and modify comprehensive care plans while incorporating various treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy modalities.
• Counsel patients on rehabilitation goals and methods, motivating them throughout their journey to recovery.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals—such as physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers—to deliver integrated care and improve patient outcomes.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly, documenting all services and outcomes accurately for seamless patient care.
• Promote injury prevention and wellness through community outreach and education initiatives.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices, participating in ongoing professional development and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic issues, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse patient demographic includes everyone from young athletes to older adults, ensuring you will encounter a wide variety of cases that will sharpen your skills and enrich your professional experience. Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current, active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with a clean professional record and no sanctions.

• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, especially WebPT, for documenting patient care and treatment plans efficiently.

• Prior experience in outpatient settings, particularly in sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
