Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing patient histories, performing specific assessments, and documenting the findings to inform treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal setting to encourage partnership in the recovery process.
• Implement and adapt treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and each patient's unique health needs within the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care; this includes recognizing changes in patients' conditions and determining when to modify care plans.
• Assist in discharge planning, ensuring follow-up care is discussed and documented accurately to support continuity of care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including initial evaluations, daily notes, interim progress summaries, and discharge evaluations, facilitating transparency and communication throughout patient care.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills, meeting productivity expectations while managing an organized schedule.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings and community marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility and reputation of our services.
• Contribute to achieving departmental goals and comply with all government regulations and accreditation standards.
• Pursue ongoing continuing education to enhance personal competency and support the professional development of colleagues and students.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinics cater to a diverse patient population, treating individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, chronic pain, and other rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
