Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinical outcomes by closely monitoring patient progress and addressing outlier cases in collaboration with staff therapists.
• Optimize clinical workflows to enhance patient capture, process referrals efficiently, and manage appointment scheduling effectively.
• Execute individualized therapy plans focused on early intervention, including conducting same-day evaluations to address patient needs promptly.
• Foster a professional and collaborative environment, promoting teamwork to achieve exceptional outcomes and maintain patient safety.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to identify opportunities for clinical improvement, ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of care.
• Maintain strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
• Utilize clinical systems proficiently to ensure accurate documentation, optimal coding levels, and effective charge capture for patient care orders.
• Ensure compliance with the Florida State Practice Act and relevant regulations, maintaining the organization's commitment to ethical practice.
• Drive patient experience and satisfaction metrics by implementing feedback and enhancing service delivery.
• Consistently follow the Physical Therapy Guidebook and uphold the principles of the Perfect PT visit in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a varied patient population, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. Our focus is on holistic patient care—addressing not only physical rehabilitation but also emotional and psychological support as part of the healing journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active State of Florida licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills using logical reasoning to assess key information and develop effective solutions.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact empathetically and professionally with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a rehabilitation setting is highly favored, particularly familiarity with multidisciplinary care environments. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in using clinical documentation systems and workflows designed to enhance patient care quality.

Compensation and Benefits
