Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients' orthopedic conditions, ensuring alignment with their medical and wellness goals.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation to alleviate pain and enhance healing.
• Evaluate client progress through ongoing assessments using functional movement screenings and outcome measures, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices in the execution of treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members—physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists—to create holistic care strategies that address all facets of a client's health.
• Document all treatment sessions, progress, and updates in compliance with state regulations and internal policies, including timely submission of clinical records.
• Conduct patient education sessions, guiding clients and their families on recovery strategies, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to facilitate sustained improvements.
• Engage in regular case reviews and contribute to team meetings to enhance care strategies and share insights with colleagues.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current and valid PT license in the state of Florida, ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations.
• At least one year of clinical experience in orthopedic settings, which could include acute care, outpatient, or home health environments.
• CPR certification to ensure patient safety and readiness in emergency situations.
• A valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance for travel to client visits as required.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
