Work Environment

The role of the Physical Therapist will primarily be onsite at the homes of our patients throughout the Tampa area. Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Radiance Physical Therapy, you will primarily serve patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain Management. The demographic you will work with varies, encompassing a wide range of ages and physical challenges. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions against your license, demonstrating a commitment to ethical standards.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to implement effective exercise programs.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically familiarity with WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to design and implement therapeutic exercises that are patient-specific.

Compensation and Benefits
