Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite in our Rehabilitation Center, which is fully equipped to support a variety of rehabilitation needs. The working schedule consists of 40 hours per week, with some variable weekends. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Atrium, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient's functional limitations and disabilities.
• Developing, implementing, and supervising personalized treatment plans to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
• Providing ongoing assessment of patient progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintaining clear and thorough documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and nursing staff, to coordinate patient care and educate them on physical therapy processes.
• Participating in community outreach initiatives and programs aimed at raising awareness about the benefits of physical therapy.
• Supervising and training assigned support staff, such as physical therapy aides and students, to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Engaging in staff meetings and contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the department.
• Maintaining professional licensure and participating in continuing education programs to remain current in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily be working with a diverse patient population including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. Qualifications
