Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, assessing their medical history, physical condition, and functional abilities to determine the need for physical therapy.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's specific needs, goals, and timeframe.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and exercises to improve patients' strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall mobility.
• Regularly document and review patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and health outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques for managing their conditions, including home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications for continued wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians and specialists, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date, and thorough patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, those managing chronic pain, and patients with various musculoskeletal conditions. You will work with clients across all ages, adapting your treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of children, adults, and seniors. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills and a deep understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
