Work Environment

This position is onsite at our modern outpatient office, which is designed to provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff. The daily work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while committing to 40-hour work weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations, and create individualized treatment programs based on these assessments.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation.
• Regularly modify treatment plans based on patient progress, ensuring an adaptive approach that accounts for every individual's recovery trajectory.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers regarding treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to enhance recovery.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to create a seamless patient experience.
• Meet and strive to exceed established patient utilization goals and contribute to overall clinic performance metrics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary clientele at Active Mobility PT includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse age range of patients, from young athletes to active seniors, each with unique backgrounds and rehabilitation needs. Your role is crucial in guiding them through the different stages of recovery and helping them achieve their specific health and fitness goals.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for patient documentation and scheduling.
• A genuine passion for building relationships and fostering trust with patients, contributing to their rehabilitation success.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome candidates across various experience levels, those with a background in orthopedic rehabilitation will be given preference. Familiarity with using outcome measurement tools and experience in a collaborative clinical environment will also be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
