Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs using standardized assessment tools.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation results and evidence-based practices, focusing on effective management of conditions such as back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, and post-surgical recovery.
• Utilize a variety of hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercises, including modalities like electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and manual therapy, to enhance patient recovery.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding proper body mechanics, strategies for injury prevention, and home exercise programs to sustain and enhance functional gains.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, making necessary modifications to treatment plans to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to coordinate care for complex patient cases.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
