Urban Movement Rehab & Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Tampa, Florida. Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite at our outpatient office where you will benefit from a lively, collaborative atmosphere. You will work alongside a small but dedicated team of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), all striving toward a common goal: restoring patients' health and enhancing their daily lives. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a consistent and manageable routine.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' objectives, needs, and movement deficiencies, formulating tailored treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage a caseload effectively, providing one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring dedicated attention to each patient, and maintaining continuity of care.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to enhance range of motion and mobility, systematically reducing reliance on medication and exploring non-surgical solutions.
• Implement a variety of manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols to address diverse orthopedic issues.
• Navigate patient assessments and treatment progress using WebPT EMR software, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with the team.
• Regularly evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to treatment as necessary based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, maximizing patient recovery potential.
• Encourage lifestyle changes that promote patient health, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination improvements.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical practices.
• Current and valid Florida license as a Physical Therapist, reflecting a commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards.
• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions or grievances against your license.
• Exemplary skills in manual therapy techniques, contributing to the quality and efficacy of patient care.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing exercise protocols that align with industry best practices.
• Experience with WebPT EMR Software or similar platforms that facilitate electronic medical record management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient clinic is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in managing a diverse caseload with varying degrees of complexity.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and support for continuing education.
