Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' movement patterns, strength, and functional abilities to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver cost-effective therapies aimed at improving motion, mobility, and physical performance, all while minimizing dependence on medications and unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Develop and implement treatment strategies that incorporate a variety of techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and modalities tailored to individual patient needs.
• Design and oversee specialized fitness and wellness programs, promoting overall health and long-term wellness among patients.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health and rehabilitation.
• Encourage and motivate patients during therapy sessions, leading them toward achieving their functional goals and enhancing their health-related quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
