Territory Development Representative- Illinois

Territory Development Representative (TDR) As a TDR at PROCEPT BioRobotics, you will drive growth of our surgical robotics business by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers, and collaborating with Robotic Sales Representatives to build a robust sales pipeline and increase revenue. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through research, events, cold calling, and email campaigns. Qualify leads by conducting in‑person sales presentations and demonstrations. Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and buying decision‑makers. Support the sales process, including market‑development events, product demos, and closing deals. Ensure compliance with PROCEPT’s Quality Management System and EHS policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device or surgical sales. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of surgical procedures, robotics technology, and medical terminology. Independent and collaborative work style, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy sales schedule. Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time. Preferred Qualifications Experience in life sciences/healthcare or regulated (FDA) environments. Experience in a startup or fast‑paced environment.
