Financial Analyst

Support Non-Labor, Material cost accounts for Platform and other Integrated Product Teams with material statement of work Partner with assigned IPTs to reconcile cost accounts monthly and quarterly Support new contract modification baselines Communicate and present financial information to executive leadership Lead discussions on financial risks, opportunities, and issues recommendations Develop resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions, pools, contracts, and programs Initiate analysis of resource forecasts, control account EACs, and financial EACs Compile data from multiple sources and develop performance reports Initiate variance analyses and explain operational and financial performance to management Recommend financial performance projections to management Develop, review, analyze, and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value Communicate cost and/or schedule trends Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field 3+ years of experience in a Finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA) 3+ years of work experience with Microsoft Excel using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance U.S. Citizenship required for the security clearance Final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Pre-Start required Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status Post-offer applicants and employees are subject to drug testing when criteria are met Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis, cost management, and resource forecasting, with a strong ability to communicate financial information effectively to leadership.
