** Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst / Epic HIM Analyst **

We are seeking an experienced Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst to support healthcare operations, workflows, and system optimization related to access, billing, claims, and HIM functions within the Epic application environment. This role will focus on analyzing workflows, supporting system implementation, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with operational teams to improve efficiency and reporting.

** Key Responsibilities **

• Analyze business workflows, policies, and operational processes related to billing, claims, access, and HIM functions.
• Gather and document business and system requirements.
• Support Epic application build, testing, implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
• Investigate system issues and provide troubleshooting support.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to improve workflows and system functionality.
• Train and support end users on Epic applications and related workflows.
• Assist with change management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and organizational policies.

** Required Qualifications **

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting healthcare operations or revenue cycle functions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Epic application build, testing, and support.
• Active Epic Certification in one of the following:
• * Resolute Hospital Billing & Claims
  • Epic HIM Certification
• 1+ years of HIM Coding experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, revenue cycle operations, billing, claims, and Epic systems.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

** Preferred Skills **

• Experience with Epic implementations and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of healthcare information systems and change management practices.
• Experience with reporting, quantitative analysis, and system documentation.
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer application skills.
