This position offers a dynamic environment where you can grow your skills and make a significant impact on client success.Responsibilities- Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth- Analyzing market trends and business performance to provide strategic guidance and insights to clients- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and achieve organizational objectives- Leading teams in identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing operations- Utilizing business data analytics to assess and improve operational performance- Managing projects from planning through execution and completion, confirming quality and timelines- Mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and deliver on client expectations- Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, escalating when necessary- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirementsWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 5 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for a Master's degree- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Data Analytics and Market Analysis- Utilizing Change Management and Strategic Questioning skills- Excelling in Supply Chain Transformation and Operational Performance Management- Prior experience in operations and supply chain, applying leading practices and market insights to solve problems and shape recommendations - Driving transformational change and delivering results through structured problem-solving, operational excellence, and technology-enabled improvement.- Leveraging experience in SAP Transport Management System (TMS)- Developing skills in Lean Product Development and Manufacturing StrategyTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
