Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg

Registered Nurse Acute Care

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 | Contract Length: 13 weeks

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required

Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required

At least two years recent experience in field required

Deliver coordinated nursing care according to established standards of care

Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff

Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment

Monitor and evaluate patient progress toward desired outcomes

Provide education and learning opportunities for patients and families

Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
