Job Description Founder's Pool Service, LLC | Full-Time | West Valley & North Scottsdale, AZROC#361100 About Us Founder's Pool Service is a growing residential pool service company serving Buckeye, Verrado, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Avondale, Paradise Valley, and North Scottsdale. We're building a team of professional, reliable technicians who take pride in doing the job right. Position Summary We're looking for a dependable Pool Route Technician to service a dedicated residential route across the Valley. You'll be responsible for the full weekly service visit — cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks — working independently to keep every pool on your route clean, safe, and properly balanced. Responsibilities Service an assigned residential route on a set weekly schedule Skim, brush, vacuum, and net debris; empty skimmer and pump basket etc Test and balance water chemistry with Spin Touch Disks using LSI (Langelier Saturation Index) to ensure proper chemical balance — not just chlorine/pH guesswork Add chemicals as needed (chlorine, acid, soda ash, calcium, etc.) based on test results Backwash/clean filters as needed and check filter pressure Visually inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment; report issues or needed repairs #J-18808-Ljbffr Founder's Pool Service
