Billing Specialist

Beacon Hill is partnering with a leading entertainment company seeking a Billing Specialsit on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will support the full billing cycle, including invoice preparation, contract review, expense tracking, reconciliations, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely billing. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process client invoices in accordance with contract terms Review engagement agreements and billing schedules for accuracy Track billable expenses and assist with invoice reconciliations Partner with accounting, AR, and internal business teams to resolve billing discrepancies Maintain accurate billing records within ERP and CRM systems Support month-end billing activities and reporting Qualifications: 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or project accounting experience Experience working in professional services, media, entertainment, or similar environments preferred Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle experience a plus) Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
