Customer Support Specialist - Warranty (SAP)

Join the dedicated team at Adecco as a Customer Quality Support Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and warranty compliance within our client’s quality solutions department. In this clerical support position, you will manage communication via email regarding quality complaints, review warranty details to determine eligibility, and accurately document information in SAP, leveraging previous experience with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and manage customer inquiries related to quality complaints via email

• Review complaints against warranty policies and terms to assess coverage eligibility

• Enter detailed complaint and warranty information into SAP or similar ERP systems

• Support the customer quality solutions team in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and warranty adherence

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with SAP or a comparable ERP system

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
