Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique goals and challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, and other immediate support services as required.

• Document client progress and treatment plans meticulously, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
