Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

As the Director of First Impressions , you will be the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors. Your mission is to create a welcoming and professional experience while providing critical administrative support to our team.

• Front Office Excellence: Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Administrative Support: Assist the team with scheduling, document preparation, and general office organization.
• Coordination Mastery: Manage incoming calls, distribute mail, and ensure our office operates efficiently and professionally.
• Client Connection: Be a friendly and approachable resource for clients, ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are met.
