The Opportunity

At our company, a fast-paced and growing financial services company, you will be a key member of the accounting team, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This role includes ownership of accounts payable and expense report processing, along with business-specific activities. This role also provides the opportunity to support the month-end close process and daily treasury activities.

What You Will Do

• Process accounts payable transactions and expense reports
• Maintain vendor records and support payment processing
• Participate in month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Support business-specific activities
• Assist with audits and tax preparation
• Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 0–2 years of accounting experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
• Experience with Excel with a desire to learn more
• Curious and open to leveraging AI and new technologies to improve how work gets done
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical with solid problem-solving skills
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Effective communicator with strong organizational skills
