Technical Project Manager

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We provide leadership to Product Owners and Technical Partners so they understand the non-feature work needed to run products and deliver commitments, with a focus on operating metrics and executive reporting.
• We partner with technology and product leaders to strengthen stakeholder relationships, improve planning and prioritization, deliver scalable practical solutions, and drive accountability for execution and outcomes.
• We identify and reduce risks, address potential blockers early, and put contingency plans in place to keep projects and programs moving.
• We collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned to business goals.
• We apply advanced analytical reasoning to evaluate program performance, spot improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven enhancements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• We champion agile practices and technical solutions, encouraging continuous learning and innovation across the team.
• We promote reuse-first, AI-assisted approaches to program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment with delivery standards.
