We literally invented the forged wheel in 1948 and, as a result of​ staying close to our customers and consumers, have remained the global leader in providing safe, strong, lightweight and innovative aluminum transportation products ever since. ​ HWS serves the commercial vehicle market and employs 1,700 people at 14 locations worldwide.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Month-end closing and forecasting activities for the Headquarters locationMonthly and quarterly financial forecasting updates for the global business unitQuarterly Business Review and Monthly Forecast Presentation preparation, consolidation and reviewPrepare EBITDA bridges to explain Actual performance vs Forecast and Forecasts vs Prior PeriodsPublish monthly forecasting requirements to locations and consolidate/analyze forecast submissionsPublish monthly dashboards targeting cost per wheel data for actuals and forecastsProvide analysis that supports the strategic/tactical decisions for Howmet Wheel Systems and improves its profitability and cash flow generationManage compliance efforts for the business unit, ensuring that location’s monthly tasks are completed and audit performance is good and sustainableCoordinate communications & scheduling between Business Unit and Internal & External Auditors as well as Corporate AccountingMajor Activities and Key Challenges Include: Consolidation of global operations requires consistent reporting tools and messagingFrequent presentation & conversation with Executive-level managementWorking accurately and efficiently with tight turnaround times on deliverablesCertain times throughout the month-end and forecasting process can require long hours (primarily evenings)Full timePosting Date: 2026-09-24
