About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to oversee and lead the organization's budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and long-term strategic planning functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the annual operating budget, monthly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes, as well as consolidating financial plans and forecasts across various business units. This role requires a hands-on finance leader with a strong background in FP&A, executive presence, and experience in supporting a complex, multi-division organization. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial and operational performance, developing executive-level reporting, and partnering with business leaders to identify financial risks and opportunities. Applicants for the Head of FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related business discipline, with at least 10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field. The role demands advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial statements, operational metrics, and key business performance drivers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming FP&A processes and improving the value of finance to business leadership.
