About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, as well as owning monthly and quarterly management reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis. This role involves consolidating forecasts across business units, analyzing various financial metrics, and partnering with different departments to evaluate financial performance. The Head of FP&A will also be tasked with improving and standardizing FP&A processes and reporting, and supporting the CFO, executive team, Board, and private equity sponsor with financial reporting and analysis. Applicants for the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years' of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A. Public accounting experience is strongly preferred, and a CPA is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, with experience in a private equity-backed environment being a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this hands-on leadership role, which requires an organized and responsive professional who can thrive in a fast-paced setting.
