Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Experience or training in pediatric speech and language disorders in a school or healthcare setting
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly preferred
• Ability to adapt to new environments and work efficiently within a collaborative team
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals for students
• Provide therapy and intervention for children with a range of communication needs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and required compliance documentation
• Deliver culturally responsive services, supporting multilingual learners where possible
