Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installs, configures, and maintains servers and system infrastructure.
• Monitors system performance and ensures system availability.
• Troubleshoots system issues and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains system security and user access controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Knowledge of server and system administration
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot system performance
• Understanding of system security practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain and develop documentation
• Attention to detail
• Communication skills

Minimum/General Experience:

• 4 years to 6 years of related experience

Minimum Education:

• BS/BA Degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent)
