Apex Systems has multiple openings for Systems Administrators on the Managed File Transfer team. Supporting business critical Electronic File Transfer (EFT) jobs, troubleshooting Secure File Transfer (SFTP) issues and/or connection problems. This associate will collaborate and work with other IT and business areas. Working incidents and request tickets, assisting in escalation efforts where needed and determining root cause analysis of defined issues.

Responsibilities:

• Data exchange setup to securely transfer files internally and externally.
• SFTP support and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot MFT workflows through Service Now intake process.
• Ensure production MFT processes have corresponding runbooks in place prior to promotion. This provides the knowledge and steps to quickly and accurately resolve a given issue.
• End user interactive support sessions offered Tuesdays and Thursdays for information on our services.
• Ensure security standards, policies and procedures are in place to meet corporate guidelines and security protocols. Participate in MFT testing with state or trading partner's implementation initiatives.
• All file transfers within company are centered within our MFT team for manageability, automation, support and security. This assists corporate efforts with compliance requests, SOX validation, and potential state auditing.
• Collaboration with various corporate employees (executives through entry level) for file transfer needs and support on corporate projects, data analysis, process improvements and design effort

Required Skills: Business Systems Analyst – Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting MFT jobs in various systems, primarily Control-M. Other MFT tools include Diplomat, MoveIT, and GlobalScape. SFTP folder creation and access provisioning in GlobalScape and MoveIT. All work is managed via ServiceNow ticketing system.
