Location: Franklin, MA
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Typically 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Some employees may be assigned 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- (Final schedule will be discussed during the interview.)
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced PIV Operators (Cherry Picker Operators)to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Franklin, MA. The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience, be comfortable working at heights, and possess a strong commitment to safety and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Cherry Picker (PIV) safely and efficiently
- Pick and retrieve products from elevated warehouse locations
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
- Load, unload, move, and organize inventory as needed
- Perform order picking and material handling tasks
- Follow safety procedures and warehouse protocols
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as business needs require
Qualifications
- Experience operating a Cherry Picker/PIV preferred
- Comfortable working at elevated heights throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and at elevated heights
