Construction Attorney

to join its Denver practice. The role focuses on

complex construction defense litigation , with additional exposure to a broader range of civil litigation matters. What You'll Work On:

Handle complex construction defense litigation Manage construction and other civil litigation matters through various stages of the litigation process Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings Conduct legal research and manage discovery Take and defend depositions Develop case strategy alongside experienced litigators Prepare for and appear at hearings and other court proceedings Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process What We're Looking For:

3+ years of litigation experience practicing in Colorado Construction litigation and/or construction defense experience Broader civil defense litigation experience is also relevant Strong litigation, legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent communication and oral advocacy abilities Ability to handle assignments with minimal supervision Strong academic credentials Trial experience preferred Active Colorado Bar admission required Why This Role Stands Out:
