Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an exciting contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with a dynamic early intervention program. This full-time position (40 hours per week) focuses on early childhood caseloads, providing vital support and services to young learners as they develop critical communication skills. In this role, you will collaborate closely with an experienced evaluation team and benefit from a robust support system within the Early Intervention Team. The position is itinerant, offering a rewarding variety of experiences as you serve children in multiple settings near Monmouth, OR, with a primary location referred to as Albany, OR.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathologists (or eligibility to obtain by August 2026)
• CCC-SLP preferred; new graduates with strong clinical experience in schools are encouraged to apply
• Practical expertise supporting early childhood populations, ideally in early intervention settings
• Proficient in performing assessments, writing reports, developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to travel between sites as required by itinerant position

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy to infants and preschool-aged children
• Collaborate with the evaluation team to create tailored intervention plans
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress toward established goals
• Support families and caregivers through education, coaching, and resource sharing
• Travel between community sites and partner locations to deliver services
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state and program requirements
