Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status, gathering relevant personal and clinical information to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies rooted in evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to address various mental health issues.

• Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You may encounter clients dealing with a range of issues, such as anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
