Digital Marketing Specialist

Join our Media + Performance team! We\'re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to help execute integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of agency or digital marketing experience who enjoys working with data, technology, and media platforms while collaborating with a fun, fast-paced team. Working alongside our Media Strategists and Digital Strategy team, you\'ll help launch campaigns, manage creative assets, support campaign reporting, and ensure flawless execution across multiple clients. What You\'ll Do Support execution of paid media campaigns across digital channels Coordinate campaign launches, creative assets, and trafficking Create insertion orders and maintain vendor specs and other media documentation Monitor campaigns and perform quality assurance checks Collect and organize campaign performance data Assist with reporting, dashboards, and client presentations Support media billing reconciliation and vendor coordination Collaborate with internal teams and media partners to ensure successful campaign delivery What We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field 1-3 years of agency or digital marketing experience preferred Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and attention to detail Comfortable working with data and Excel Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, Google Analytics, or similar digital marketing platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why You\'ll Love This Role This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across paid media, campaign execution, analytics, and marketing technology while working on a diverse portfolio of consumer and B2B brands within the food, beverage and hospitality space.
